If a delivery notice is left at your door, you must pick up your order from the specified location within the given timeframe to prevent it from being returned to Spa St James Boutique. For orders over $500, a signature will be required, free of charge.

If an order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. No shipments are made from our distribution center over the weekend or on the following Canadian holidays:

Important Shipping Details
Spa St James Boutique will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages (please see below for more details). It is important to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are unable to make any changes to or add missing information regarding your address or delivery instructions once your package has left our warehouse. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to make any necessary changes.
No changes can be made for:
- Address changes
- Addition of a unit number or buzzer number
- Specifying deliveries to a special door
- Addressing special needs
- If your delivery address has a directional designation such as South, North, West, East
We will not issue refunds for orders with address errors, missing relevant information, or last-minute changes leading to unsuccessful delivery. If your package is returned to us due to the aforementioned reasons, we will be happy to reship your package at your expense, charging a fee of $30 to cover reshipping costs.
